We obtain personal information such as name, e-mail, phone number, address, credit card information, etc. when you register to be a user on our site or place an order through any of our websites. We use this information to improve the content of our website, track buyer behavior, anticipate trends in consumer buying, and to help us improve the quality of products and services we provide to you. We may also use your e-mail, mailing address or phone number to contact you concerning our services.

If our Privacy Policy changes at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

Shipping Charges
We ship primarily by the US Postal Service; larger parcels may be shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground. Packages under 12 oz. are shipped first class mail; orders of less than 2 lbs. are shipped by Priority Mail, although we may ship some heavier packages by Priority Mail. If you have a PO Box, please also provide us with a physical address for FedEx or UPS so we may ship your package the most economical way possible.

Order Processing Time
Our normal processing time is 10-15 business days before an order is packed and shipped from Fiesta Yarns. We do hand-dye your order when it is placed on our website or when you call us directly.

Expedited Shipping
We do our best to ship within the timeframe specified above, but please feel free to call if you need faster shipping options.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is carefully dyed and packed. Should you receive an order with an error, please contact us immediately so we can correct the problem.

Yarns sent in error or defective yarns may be returned for full credit or replacement including shipping charges. If your order was filled correctly, we will gladly accept your return as long as the yarn is in its original condition, not balled, with label intact. However, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date on your sales slip. All sales are final on discontinued, sale merchandise, yarn samples, and patterns whether downloaded or mailed. Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Alaska and Hawaii
We ship Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.

Canada and Worldwide
We ship U.S. Postal Service internationally. We primarily ship Airmail unless you would prefer Parcel Post.
