Trunk Show at Village Wools
The Stitches retreat landed in Albuquerque last week before heading North to Santa Fe for several fun-filled days of knitting. Village Wools was their first stop to shop the huge selection of yarn and meet the entire crew. And we did an in-person Trunk Show just for the Stitches group. Brad and I along with our Marketing Manager, Sela, showed our yarns and patterns. The two hour event was great! We don't get a lot of opportunity to meet with knitters to hear what they like to knit with and what makes them buy Fiesta Yarns. We are always excited to hear feedback and by far the most common response to our wall of Fiesta Yarns was that our colors are so wonderful. That really makes me happy because that is one thing I spend hours on. I read the latest color trend guides, get out my color forecasting guides and look at magazines and advertising to see what things seem to be hot. This is without a doubt my favorite thing to do!
