How Time Flies!
You know the saying, "Time flies when you're having fun!" Well, I guess I must be having lots of fun as my last posting was a month ago. Yikes!
Since we saw the Stitches group at Village Wools, Brad and I ran around getting everything finalized for TNNA. The last of the 11 crates shipped out on June 2 to arrive just in time to unpack them and get everything set up. The booth always takes longer than I think, partly because our booth is so big, but mainly because I like to change it up every time so it looks new and fresh as stores walk by. And the show was great!
Our new yarn Flurry was a huge hit (it will be up on the site very soon). Flurry is a silk, wool, mohair combination, light as a feather, warm as a cozy blanket and so soft that you just can't stop touching it. It has become one of my favorites! It knits on bigger needles, size 10, so you can knit up a beautiful sweater or shawl in no time at all. My dear friend and wonderful designer, Melissa Leapman, designed two amazing sweaters in Flurry.
We also introduced four new colorways: Innocence, Devotion, Cloud 9, and Blue Moon. I think my personal favorite is Blue Moon but most stores loved Devotion. I'll post to let you know when these are available to view on the website.
